Acceptance

The fresh ”Erjingtiao” pepper, from base to factory, is strictly in accordance with the standard acceptance, which ensure the quality from the source

 

Cutting

All fresh ”Erjingtiao” chillies are well selected, washed and dried, and eventually divided into 3-5mm particles

Fermentation

Using traditional crock tile storage, natural fermentation for more than 180 days

Mixed frying

Scientific formula, strictly controls process parameters, and mixed frying carefully

Canning

Automated assembly line production

Inspection

Ensure that the quality indicators of each product meet the requirements of national regulatory quality standards
